Courses are bespoke (typically 1 to 5 days in length), made up from a list of modules (as highlighted below).
The training is interactive and encompasses workshops, that focus on your organisations key decommissioning challenges. Thus creating a plan to resolve these key challenges, while improving the teams knowledge and competency, to create greater value (and relevance) to your organisation.
We recommend circa 10 people to attend (with a max of 15). Thus we can take your organisation through a value adding development programme, both generic training and specific business challenges, for a fraction of the price of your people attending an external course.
We choose from a selection of modules (highlighted below), each 1 day in length and combine to suit your needs. Delivered by industry leading experts in the various elements of decommissioning. Each module is charged at a standard rate with discounted rates for courses of 3 or more days.

Below are some examples of a training programme, created through the combination of several modules;
For an Operators Asset team, in late life with 6 years to CoP, to support the needs of Asset and operations managers, commercial and finance personnel, reservoir and well teams and the future project management team, may be a combination of modules, such as; Modules 3, 4, 7b, 9 and 12 (5 days). Priced, all inclusive (excluding any travel & VAT) as £13,000. (comparable courses are £6000 per person, plus each individuals travel costs).
Supply chain focused industry membership organisations - Offer to members to provide generic training off 3 days, may be a combination of modules, such as; Modules 5, 6b and three choices for the final day;
For wells organisations - Module 11- Led by Tom Lesson
